Edit Metadata does not Set the new Version in the Document Entries with Azure Blob Storage

Description: Fixed a bug in the Azure Blob Storage Repository where the Version Number in Document Entries was not incrementing when metadata was edited. This change ensures that the Version Number correctly updates, reflecting the latest document version.

Impact: Users will now see the correct Version Number in Document Entries after editing metadata, improving document version tracking and consistency. This resolves the issue of inaccurate versioning, enhancing the reliability of document management within the system.
