Setting up Email Templates
Flow Path use email templates for the automatically email notification by creating a new entry or in the editing of an open entry.
Email template setup
In order to import the email templates for the email notification, the following steps must be taken:
- Choose the
icon, enter Flow Path - Email templates or navigate via the role center to the action Email template - Select a line and navigate to the Import action
- Choose the Html email template from the file system
- Save and close
It is possible to edit email templates directly in Business Central using the HTML editor which is located on the Email Template page.
tip
This is a "what you see is what you get" editor. This means that you can edit the email template in the normal view and still get a correct .HTM file.

Standard email templates are available from Flow Path.
Note
If there are characters (<>) in the HTML editor that are normally only found in the HTML file, it is possible that the file is corrupted.
