Product Granule Number
The Product Granule Number is a unique identifier for individual product or license components. It is used to assign functions uniquely and activate them correctly in the system.
Information
The Product Granule Number is only required for on-premises installations. To expand a Business Central license with additional granules, the responsible Business Central partner must be contacted and informed about the need. A prerequisite for this is that a partnership with Simova is first established. Only after Simova has registered the new partner as an Authorized Reseller is the Business Central partner authorized to adjust the Business Central license accordingly. Subsequently, the Business Central partner can add the required granules to the existing Business Central license and import the updated license into Business Central.
