Description: In the Business Portals environment, the language selection feature on the login and sign-up screens is not properly positioned, resulting in misalignment and inappropriate sizing. Additionally, not all language flags are visible, and missing flags do not have suitable placeholders.

Impact: Users may experience difficulty in selecting their preferred language, leading to potential confusion and a suboptimal user experience.

App Logo Update Issue During Business Portals Upgrade

Fix Planned

Description: When updating Business Portals from a version earlier than 25.3.2.0 to a newer version, the individually configured Dark and Light Portal App Logos are replaced by Simova default App Logos. Although logos remain correctly configured within Business Portals, the images in Kudu are not updated and fail to sync with the logos saved in Business Portals. This issue appears to stem from the synchronization process during the update, where newly added functionalities such as Dark and Light App Logos are not properly synchronized.

Impact: Users will see default Simova App Logos instead of their custom configured logos in the portal, leading to potential branding inconsistencies and confusion.

Fetching of existing Business Portals resources not working

Fix Planned

Description: When attempting to install Business Portals in a Tenant and fetch the existing Business Portals resource in the Portal Setup (e.g., Business Case - After creation of a new Sandbox from a Production environment), the App-Service / Portal is not imported completely. This results in incomplete data retrieval for the Kudu connection (username and password), preventing the portal from being used etc.

Impact: Users are unable to fully import the App-Service Portal, leading to operational disruptions as the necessary credentials for Kudu connection are not retrieved, rendering the portal non-functional.

User deletion via web user interaction via web portal uses the deletion period out of the setup

Fix Planned

Description: In the Business Portals environment, when a web user's account is deleted through the user management portal, the account is not being deleted immediately as expected. Instead, the account is moved to a deletion queue, and a deletion date is set based on the setup for expired user deletion. This deviates from the expected behavior where the account should be deleted immediately and a final deletion email should be sent out.

Impact: This issue can cause confusion and potential security risks as deleted accounts remain accessible until they are processed from the deletion queue. Additionally, the delay in sending the final deletion email may lead to misunderstandings about the account status.

App Cannot Download/Access Media (Photos/Videos) in Android

Description: When attempting to download media files (e.g., .jpg, .png) from the Business Portals App, users are encountering an error message stating they do not have permission for this action. The issue seems to be affecting all media file extensions.

Impact: This issue prevents users from downloading, opening, or saving media files through the app, potentially hindering their ability to fully utilize the platform's features.

App icon is not completely visible in portal list

Description: When configuring a Business Portals environment with a Mobile dashboard and adding bigger App Icon to the configuration, the image is not automatically fitted or downsized in the portal list of the unbranded Business Portals app. Instead, the image is cut off.

Impact: Users may experience visual issues with app icons, leading to a less professional appearance and potential confusion when navigating the app.

Biometric security breaks the app usability

Fix Planned

Description: When activating biometric usage in the app's security settings, the app fails to load properly, displaying a white screen and becoming unresponsive. The app can only be used again after reinstallation, but without biometric security functionality. This issue was not present in some previous versions.

Impact: Users are unable to utilize biometric security features, compromising the convenience and security of the app. Reinstallation is required to regain basic app functionality, causing disruption and potential data loss.

Deactivation / Activation of Notification not work properly

Description: Users are unable to activate notification settings within the app. When attempting to configure notifications, users are redirected to the OS settings. Upon returning to the app, the notification remains inactive, and the user is repeatedly prompted to go back to the OS settings without successfully activating the notification.

Impact: This issue prevents users from receiving important notifications through the app, potentially causing them to miss critical updates and alerts.

Description: When creating a Mobile Dashboard in a Business Portals environment and using the search function in an English (ENU) context, the placeholder text displays as "Suche" instead of "Search". There is currently no option to change this placeholder text.

Impact: Users operating in an English context may experience confusion due to the placeholder text being displayed in German. This affects the usability and user experience of the Mobile Dashboard's search functionality.

Consistent styling of values and descriptive fields

Update failing because of missing language update based on the language_base file

Description: After updating to the latest Business Portals version, users are unable to see the login screen and only see the background image. This issue is caused by differences in the language file compared to the base file, where new keys added. Additionally, some German terms are used in the ENU base file instead of English.

Workaround: Manually adding the missing keys resolves the login issue.

Impact: This is a critical error as it prevents users from completing the update without manual intervention, potentially disrupting business operations.
