"Download All" returns file with incorrect extension (PDF instead of ZIP)

Fix Planned

Description: In the legacy responsive app, using the Download All function in a DMS download results in a file being downloaded with a .pdf extension, even though the content is actually a ZIP archive. This leads to the file being unreadable when opened as a PDF. After manually renaming the file to .zip, it can be opened successfully.

Impact: Users are unable to directly open downloaded files as they are incorrectly labeled as PDFs instead of ZIP archives, requiring manual renaming to access the content. This issue affects the legacy responsive app and may also impact both the old and new Full App, necessitating a review and correction to ensure consistent and correct file handling.

Date field in ENU format not searchable

Fix Planned

Description: The table search function does not return any results when a date value in ENU format (e.g., 05/20/2025) is searched. Users expect to find records by entering valid date strings visible in the table.

Impact: Users are unable to search and filter by date values, affecting data usability and navigation.

Calender Element Date Field should only look on head field

Fix Planned

Description: When creating a Dataset Table setup with head and line fields, selecting head fields and a date field in the line setup, and navigating to the Dataset Dashboard Group to select a date field in the calendar under Web Content, both head and line fields are displayed and can be selected. However, after selecting a field, the value in the date setup is adapted to the field in the head table, therfore the line fields are unusable.

Impact: The selection of line fields can lead to confusion as the selection is technically only possible on head fields.

Status display shows non existing status below last status

Fix Planned

Description: When progressing through the statuses in Business Central until the final status (Completed) is reached, the status visualization on the portal incorrectly displays an additional line below the last status. This line suggests the presence of a hidden status that cannot be accessed.

Impact: Users may be confused by the misleading visual indication of an unreachable status, which could lead to misunderstandings about the order's completion status.

Calender - Month change not all entries visible

In Process

Description: When configuring a Business Portals environment with a Calendar view and setting up numerous entries across the current and following month, not all entries are visible when navigating to the next month. Entries display correctly within the current month and partially into the following month, but upon switching to the next month, some entries are missing. No error messages are generated.

Impact: Users may not see all scheduled entries for the next month, potentially leading to missed appointments or overlooked tasks.
