Module Setup – B2Brouter Configuration

Before you can import Peppol documents, you need to configure the B2Brouter connection in the Module Setup. This article describes the required fields and how to verify the API connection.

Configure the B2Brouter Connection

  1. Open the Document Inbound Module Setup.
  2. Navigate to the B2Brouter Setup section.
  3. Configure the following fields:

B2Brouter Main Information

Field Description
Account Id The Account ID for the B2Brouter API. You can find this in the B2Brouter portal. This is required to connect to the B2Brouter API.
API Key The API key used to communicate with the B2Brouter API. You can find the API key in the B2Brouter portal. This field is masked for security.
Account Id Staging The Account ID for the B2Brouter staging environment. Use this for testing purposes before going live.
API Key Staging The API key for the B2Brouter staging environment. This field is masked for security.

Test Mode

Field Description
Testmode When enabled, the system uses the staging API and credentials instead of the production environment. Use this option for testing and validation before switching to production.

Tip

Use the Testmode option to test the B2Brouter import flow against the staging environment before going live.

B2Brouter Availability

The setup page displays the current connection status for both environments:

Field Description
API Status (Production) Displays the current connection status of the B2Brouter production API. This is a read-only indicator based on whether the account can be retrieved from the B2Brouter API.
API Status (Staging) Displays the current connection status of the B2Brouter staging API. This is a read-only indicator.

Use the Refresh Connection Status action to manually update the API connection status.
