  3. Set the Import Type to B2Brouter.
  4. Select the target Inbound List Code where imported documents will be stored.
  5. Configure the Peppol-specific options described below.

Info

When the import type is set to B2Brouter, the email configuration section is hidden as it is not required.

B2Brouter Configuration

When the import type is set to B2Brouter, the following options appear:

Field Description
Import Specific Format Enable this option to specify a particular document format for import. When disabled, documents are imported in the standard UBL format.
B2Brouter Import Format Specifies the document format used for importing Peppol documents (e.g., XRechnung, ZUGFeRD). This field is only editable when Import Specific Format is enabled. The available formats are retrieved from the B2Brouter Document Types list.
B2Brouter Invoice Type Specifies the type of invoice to import from B2Brouter. Available options: Any (imports all types), Received Invoice, or Received Self Invoice.

Configuration Wizard

When creating a new import configuration using the Configuration Wizard and selecting B2Brouter as the import type, the wizard includes additional steps:

  1. B2Brouter Configuration – Configure or verify the B2Brouter API connection settings, including Account ID, API Key, staging credentials, and test mode. The wizard also displays the current API connection status for both production and staging.
  2. B2Brouter Document Type – Select the document format to use for importing. If no specific format is selected, documents are imported in the UBL format. Use the Synchronize Document Types action to fetch the latest available document types from the B2Brouter API.
