Special Characters cause error during Task completion
Description: When completing a task created via the catalog for a user whose account name contains special characters (for example, a dot or underscore) and who has been imported from Microsoft 365, the task cannot be completed. The process fails with the error “There is no User Setup within the filter” and the status is not updated to Completed.
Impact: Users with special characters in their account names cannot complete tasks in Flow Path, preventing task closure and potentially blocking related workflows or follow-up processes.

Question accepted but information message displays status "Rejected"
Description: When entering an answer for a question created from the Question Catalog via the Flow Path Factbox and clicking Accept with recipient type set to Group, the information message incorrectly states that an answer is set to “Rejected” instead of confirming that the answer has been accepted. The question is nevertheless completed successfully, and it is unclear whether the status of additional recipients should be automatically set to Unnecessary when the answer is accepted.
Impact: Users may be confused or misled by the incorrect status message and the unclear handling of additional recipients, potentially causing uncertainty about whether the answer was properly accepted and whether further action from other recipients is required.

Question status cannot be reset after acceptance
Description: After a question has been accepted in the Flow Path FactBox, the creator can no longer use the Reset Status action. The status cannot be reset and the question cannot be reopened, unlike tasks where Reset Status remains available and functional after acceptance.
Impact: Users are unable to reopen accepted questions to continue or correct the process, leading to inconsistent behavior between questions and tasks and limiting flexibility in managing question workflows.

Description: When accepting an answer for a question created from a Question Catalog with recipient type “Group” via the Flow Path Factbox on a posted sales invoice, the confirmation message displays incorrect wording and captions related to “Rejected,” and the question is marked as Completed in a way that does not align with the confirmation text.
