Factboxes

The Phone Connect Factboxes simplify the workflow, allowing the following information to be viewed directly on the contact card:

Call Info

By integrating the Phone Connect Call Info Factbox into the contact card, all relevant phone numbers are visible at a glance. Calls can be initiated with just one click directly from the user interface. This feature not only offers convenience but also improves efficiency and workflow, as employees can quickly and directly access communication with their contacts.

Another feature of the Factbox is the ability to create a callback request. If a contact is currently unavailable or further follow-up is required, the user can easily and quickly set up a callback request via the Factbox.

Feature Overview

Function Description
Phone number With the phone icon, users can navigate to the caller card and start a call with the respective contact.
Mobile number call Similar to the phone number, the mobile icon allows the user to call the contact's mobile number via the caller card.
Callback request A callback request can be created through the Factbox if the contact is currently unavailable.

Once you have navigated to one of the caller cards via the Call Info Factbox, you can continue working with the Call Control Factbox:

The Call Control Factbox offers the following functions:

Function Description
Call With the handset icon, users can navigate to the caller card and start a call with the respective contact.
Hang up The hang-up icon allows the user to end the current call.
Pause call The pause icon allows the user to pause the call.
