Factboxes
Phone Connect Factboxes enable an efficient workflow by providing relevant communication details directly within the contact card. Users can view phone numbers, initiate calls, create recall requests, and access related contacts without leaving their current working context.
Call Out Factbox
The Phone Connect Call Out Factbox integrates core telephony functions that can be accessed directly via the Factbox actions. This ensures that all relevant phone numbers of a contact are visible at a glance. Calls can be initiated with a single click directly from the user interface.
In addition, the Factbox allows users to create a recall request. If a contact is currently unavailable or requires follow-up at a later time, the user can easily create a recall request directly within the Factbox.

After navigating to a caller card via the Call Out Factbox, the active call can be managed using the Call Control Factbox.
Call Control Factbox
The Call Control Factbox provides controls for managing an active call. Users can start, end, or pause a call.
