Admin Role Center

Permissions

To use the Admin Role Center, you need one of the following permissions: SIM_CTI Admin or SUPER.

In the Admin Role Center, various cues are displayed that provide important information about the Phone Connect extension. These include, among others:

The number of currently licensed users in the environment
The total call time in minutes for the current day
The total call time in minutes for the current week
The average call duration

Info

All cues in the Admin Role Center refer to all Phone Connect users in the environment.

Checklist

In the Phone Connect Admin Role Center, there is a checklist that should be completed to ensure, among other things, that the template codes for the CRM Integration can be generated.

Call Ratings

In the "Call Ratings" section, all rated calls by Phone Connect users are displayed. The ratings by the callers are divided into the following categories:

Contacts
Customers
Vendors

Recall Requests

In the Admin Role Center of Phone Connect, all recall requests can be viewed. The callback requests are divided into the following categories:

Category	Description
Open	All currently open recall requests.
Soon as possible	These recall requests have a higher priority than others and do not have a fixed callback date.
Overdue	recall requests that are already past the scheduled callback date.
Done	recall requests that have already been completed.

Calls

In the "All Calls" category, all information regarding the calls of all Phone Connect users is displayed. This includes:

Missed calls
Call history
Current calls
Number of calls made today
Number of calls made this week

Charts

Chart	Description
Average Call Duration in Min	Shows the average call duration for all Phone Connect users by hour and day of the week.
Call Patterns	Shows the number of calls made by all Phone Connect users by hour and day of the week.

Both charts are filtered by default to the current day. However, they can also be adjusted to specific periods or a dynamic time range.
