Decimal places setup is not working

Description: Fixed a bug where editing the decimal places in an eDocuments schema node did not reflect the changes in the XML output. Previously, changing the decimal places from '2' to '4' did not update correctly, causing the XML output to still display '2' decimal places.

Impact: Users will now see the correct number of decimal places in the XML output after editing the eDocuments schema node. This resolves the issue of incorrect decimal representation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in XML documents.

Licence transfer to feature must be in separate session

Description: Resolved a transaction error that occurred when sending an email with an eDocuments attachment using a Dispatch Profile. The error was due to the system attempting to switch the eDocuments License to a Feature of Document Dispatch.
