Cancel tax deduction

In the case that a tax deduction has been made, it is possible to cancel this tax deduction later in the purchasing process. In most cases, the business partner/vendor provides a valid certificate of exemption.

The following steps need to be completed to cancel the Tax deduction action in Bau13b.

How to cancel the Tax deduction

1. Navigate to your purchase document.
2. Navigate to the factbox Bau13b from Simova.
3. Check the status of the certificate of exemption.
4. Click Tax deduction cancelled.
5. When the tax deduction is cancelled, the additional line is automatically cancelled in the purchase document.
