Setup

  • Module Setup: Opens the Module Setup for the Document Dispatch Product
  • Configuration Wizard: Starts the Configuration Wizard for importing data reports
  • Dispatch Profiles: Opens the dispatch profile page where you can create and configure a dispatch profile
  • Business Partner: Opens the dispatch partner page where you can assign a dispatch profile to a business partner
  • Dynamic Table Setup: Opens the Dynamic Business Mapping page

  • Business Mapping: Opens the Business Mapping page where you can create and configure your business mappings|

Business Partner

  • Active: Shows the number of active dispatch partners.
  • Inactive: Shows the number of inactive dispatch partners.

Schedule

  • All: Displays all scheduled dispatch operations.
  • My: Displays scheduled dispatch operations assigned to the current user.

Email

  • Templates: Shows the number of available email templates.
  • Signatures: Shows the number of available email signatures.
  • Multimail Templates: Shows the number of available multimail templates.
  • Email Signature Assignment: Opens the assignment of email signatures to users.

Dispatch Entries

  • Open: Displays the number of open dispatch entries.
  • Sent: Displays successfully sent dispatch entries.
  • Processing Sending: Displays entries currently in the sending process.
  • Draft: Displays saved drafts of dispatch entries.
  • Error: Displays dispatch entries with error status.
  • Unconfirmed: Displays unconfirmed dispatch entries.
  • Awaiting Job Queue: Displays entries waiting for job queue execution.
  • Not Licensed: Displays dispatch entries that lack proper licensing.
  • Cancelled: Displays cancelled dispatch entries.
  • Unsent: Displays entries that have not been sent.

E-Post Dispatch Entries

Number of E-Post dispatch entries in a given period

  • Sent Letter Today: Shows the number of E-Post letters sent today.
  • Sent Letter Yesterday: Shows the number of E-Post letters sent yesterday.
  • Sent Letter This Week: Shows the number of E-Post letters sent this week.
  • Sent Letter This Month: Shows the number of E-Post letters sent this month.
  • Sent Letter This Year: Shows the number of E-Post letters sent this year.

E-Post dispatch entries with associated status

  • Shipment Started: Shows the number of initiated E-Post dispatch operations.
  • Acceptance of Shipment: Shows the number of accepted E-Post dispatches.
  • Processing of Shipment: Shows the number of E-Post dispatches currently being processed.
  • Submission to Center: Shows the number of E-Post dispatches submitted to the service provider.

Overview Charts

In the Role Center there are 3 graphs showing with which output type, in which way and with which attachment documents were sent with Document Dispatch.

History Data in Charts

It is possible to select these graphs by using the Recipient Chart Setup, which can be opened in the Role Center, whether entries, which have been added to the history, should be included and whether they should be displayed during the drill down.
