Ticket
The element type Ticket allows for the display and editing of tickets within the dashboard. Through this element, users can create new tickets, view existing tickets, and track the current processing status. This integrates support and service processes directly into the app and provides a centralized solution for users.
Configuring a Ticket Element
To configure a ticket element, follow these steps:
- Click on the search icon in the upper right corner .
- Search for Business Portals - Datasets and open the page.
- Select the dataset for which you want to configure the element.
- Click on Mobile Dashboard Group in the menu bar after opening the dataset.
- Create a new row or select an existing row of type Element.
