Setting Up User Groups
In many companies and departments, tasks, requests, or approvals are not handled by a single person, but by a team or responsible group. With Flow Path, entries can therefore be sent to both individual users and user groups. This allows processes to be designed more efficiently and responsibilities to be managed centrally. Instead of configuring each recipient individually, users can be assigned to a group, so that tasks are automatically forwarded to the responsible group of people. This facilitates collaboration within teams, reduces administrative effort, and ensures that processes are reliably handled even in the event of absences or personnel changes.
The following steps describe how to create user groups in Flow Path and configure them for further use.
