Configuring Labels

The ticketing system of Business Portals allows you to dynamically configure the labels and languages displayed in both the web and mobile applications.
This section describes the available features for configuring labels and provides a step-by-step guide for setting up and managing the label settings for the ticketing system in Business Portals.

  1. Navigate in the Business Portals – Role Center via Portal Setup in the menu bar.
  2. Select Ticket Setup.
  3. Click on Label in the action bar.
  4. To quickly configure the labels, use the action Fill from Default.
    This will automatically generate a set of system-relevant labels with English and German texts in Business Portals.
  5. Additional label languages can be added by clicking on one of the (...) next to the respective label. Existing languages can be adjusted in the same way.
  6. A click on (...) opens the list of available Labels in Business Portals.
  7. Here, you can either select a different label or use the Edit function to change the existing label or add another language.

It is recommended to use the action Fill from Default during the initial setup to ensure the completeness of the labels and avoid duplicates.
