Getting started with Bau13b

Bau13b is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with which you can automatically and digitally check and manage certificates of exemption for construction services in the national market (Germany) and trade services for buildings located in the national market. With the integrated gateway to the EIBE portal of the Federal Central Tax Office, the check for the validity of the certificate of exemption is very user-friendly and instinctive.

Note

Only partners have access to the Simova Zone. As an end user, you will need to contact your existing Business Central partner for any questions you cannot answer in Simova Docs.

General Setup

Bau13b does not have a traditional roll center. Under the general setup in the FactBox you will find the module setup. In the module setup the standard settings are made, such as the EIBE connection data or the G/L account selection for the tax deduction.

Trial Version

Bau13b can be tested free of charge for 30 days. You can find Bau13b in the Microsoft AppSource or directly through your partner.

At the end of the free trial period, you have the option to subscribe to the tool and take over all the settings you have already made.

If there are any open questions, one of the many certified Simova partners is available at any time.

Looking for answers

If you have questions about functionality or are unsure about anything else in Bau13b, you may be able to find the answers you’re looking for in the actual user interface of the app. Most fields have an associated tooltip that describes the field in question, and which usually also includes a Learn more link for further information.

You can always subscribe to Bau13b to get the full version of the app on a more permanent basis, with absolutely no limitations. If you like, you can subscribe right away and get started immediately, but you’re also very welcome to subscribe at any point during or directly following your free trial period. If you start off with a trial period, you’re already up and running at the time of subscription, and you can then continue working with the same data as in the trial period.

As mentioned above, you must be assisted by your Simova partner when activating any version of Bau13b, in order to ensure that you get up and running properly.
