Call Ratings
In Phone Connect, users have the option to rate calls. These ratings can be made for contacts, customers, and suppliers. The rating system ranges from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest rating.
Call Ratings on Caller Cards
Call ratings are done on the caller cards of contacts, debtors, and creditors. On the caller cards, there is a group called "Rating." In this group, users can leave a rating for the current call and a comment on that rating. Additionally, the average rating for this caller is visible.
Info
Using the drilldown function of the "Average Rating" field, one can access a filtered list where all ratings for this caller can be viewed.
Rating Lists
Call ratings are categorized into Contact, Customer, and Supplier. These rating lists can be accessed either in the Role Center or through the search function.
The rating lists are structured in a treeview format. The treeview displays all companies for which there is a rating. For contacts, there is a subdivision into companies and their associated individuals. The average rating is displayed next to each company. Expanding a company reveals all ratings for that company. The listed companies are sorted from top to bottom based on their rating.
Through the "More Info" action, one can navigate to the respective call entry, where the rating and the associated comment can be viewed.
Ratings can be deleted, but only by administrators.
Warning
If a headline is deleted, all entries related to that headline will also be deleted.
Ratings can also be excluded so that they disappear from the rating overview. Excluded ratings are displayed under the "Excluded Ratings" group when the "Show Excluded" action is used. These ratings can be included back into the active rating overview using the "Include" action.
