User Role Center
In the User Role Center, various cues are displayed, providing important information about the user's Phone Connect account. These include, among others:
- Total call duration in minutes for the current day
- Total call duration in minutes for the current week
- Average call duration

All cues in the User Role Center relate to the data of the user's own Phone Connect account in the current environment.
Call Ratings
In the "Call Ratings" section, all rated calls from Phone Connect users are displayed. The ratings from callers are categorized as follows:
- Contacts
- Customers
- Vendors
Recall Requests
In the User Role Center of Phone Connect, users can view the callback requests assigned to them. These requests are divided into the following categories:
Category | Description |
---|---|
Open | All currently open recall requests. |
As soon as possible | These recall requests have a higher priority than others and do not have a fixed callback date. |
Overdue | recall requests that have already passed their scheduled callback date. |
Done | Recall requests that have already been completed. |
Calls
In the "All Calls" section, all information about the user's Phone Connect calls is displayed. This includes:
- Missed calls
- Call history
- Number of calls made today
- Number of calls made this week
