Phone Connect for Sales

Phone Connect's upcoming features will enhance the benefit for Sales in any industry, including optimized interaction log entries, call ratings, role centers with statistics, and interview guidelines. These features will provide a more streamlined and efficient sales process, allowing for better tracking, evaluation, and guidance during phone interactions.

  • Optimized Interaction Log entries
  • It will be optional to open the interaction log wizard after a call. It will fill in the necessary template, but then still give you the chance to alter the follow up action, such as informing a colleague what the next step is gonna be.
  • Rating
  • Want to know how calls went when going into the next one? Call ratings can be done in an upcoming feature, allowing you to rate every single call (Internally). This can indicate whatever you mean. It can be used for indicating how close a sale is, or in other cases can be used to evaluate how good the general phone contact is going, thus giving you the option to react accordingly. The usage of a call rating is up to you.
  • Role Centers incl. Statistics
  • Phone Connect will have various Role Centers that present exactly the information around telephhony in your company that you need. It will show information based on a single user or accumulate information around the general telephony, including data from all your users.
  • Interview Guidelines
  • Present interview guidelines of your choice to your users. That way they will have a step by step guide they can read along while calling and thus always know what to say.

Tray Version Check against AL Extension

The upcoming feature for the Phone Connect system will include a compatibility check with the AL Extension. The system will perform a version check to ensure the current version of the AL Extension aligns with the Tray Application. If the versions are not compatible, the system will issue a warning and refuse the connection, maintaining the stability and functionality of the Phone Connect system. Additionally, a notification will be displayed to the user in case of incompatibility, and an appropriate message will be shown on the Tray if it's not compatible with the AL Extension.
