Role Center

The Flow Path Role Center provides a quick overview of all relevant Questions, Information, and Tasks. Users can navigate directly to the corresponding Flow Path entries and edit them through the individual tiles.

Overview

For working with Flow Path, the Flow Path Administrator Role Center is available to you. It serves as a central entry point and offers a quick overview of all relevant Questions, Information, and Tasks.

You can navigate directly to the corresponding Flow Path entries and edit them through the individual tiles.

The Flow Path entries are divided into the following categories:

  • Questions
  • Information
  • Tasks

Each category contains various tiles that provide an overview of the current status of the entries. The displayed number indicates how many entries are assigned to the respective category.

Flow Path Administrator

The Flow Path Administrator is responsible for the setup and management of Flow Path. His tasks include system configuration, importing email templates, and managing user groups, catalogs, and templates. In addition, he can utilize all functions of Flow Path and test processes directly in the system.

Subcategories

Various subcategories are available for each category. These help filter entries by their status or priority.

Available Subcategories

  • Created
    Displays all entries that you have created.

  • Open
    Contains all entries that still need to be processed.

  • Completed
    Displays all entries that have already been completed.

  • Overdue
    Contains entries whose due date has already passed.

  • Critical
    Displays all entries marked as critical.

  • Archived
    Contains archived entries that are no longer actively processed.

Note

The number of entries is displayed directly on the respective tiles and updates automatically. This allows you to quickly identify open, critical, or overdue entries.
