No documents displayed in DataGrid when archiving Vendor Ledger Entries

Description: When opening a vendor ledger entry and selecting Document Central > Archive, the DataGrid displays but does not show any documents, preventing the archiving process from being initiated. No confirmation dialog or success message is presented, and archiving cannot be completed.

Impact: Users are unable to archive documents from vendor ledger entries, which may disrupt document management processes and audit or compliance workflows that rely on archived records.

timimg/date error occures when editing User Count Card

Fix Planned

Description: When reducing the user count under Edit User Count Card, the system displays a date from which the reduction should be possible, but the user count can only be reduced starting from 00:00 on the following day.

Impact: Administrators are unable to reduce the user count on the displayed earliest date and must wait an additional day, which can delay license optimization and may result in unintended extra licensing costs for that period.

Preview not updating for document versions (List View)

Description: In Document Central list view, the document preview does not refresh when switching between different versions of an uploaded document. Even after uploading a modified version with visible changes, the preview continues to display the previous version instead of the latest content.

Impact: Users cannot reliably verify or compare document changes from the list view, which may lead to confusion, incorrect assumptions about document content, and additional effort to open documents individually to confirm the correct version.

Permission error when saving ascending/descending order in datagrid

Fix Planned

Description: When a Document Central Admin adds a user (who correctly receives SIM_Core User and SIM DMS User roles) and then opens the datagrid, switching between ascending and descending sort orders triggers a permission error when saving the modified order. The system reports: “The current permissions prevented the action. (Page 5227482 SIM_DMS User Setup Card Document Central - User Settings Execute: Document Central).”

Impact: Users with SIM_Core User and SIM DMS User roles may be unable to save changes to datagrid sort order in Document Central, causing interruptions to workflow and limiting their ability to personalize or persist list views.
