No documents displayed in DataGrid when archiving Vendor Ledger Entries

Description: When opening a vendor ledger entry and selecting Document Central > Archive, the DataGrid displays but does not show any documents, preventing the archiving process from being initiated. No confirmation dialog or success message is presented, and archiving cannot be completed.

Impact: Users are unable to archive documents from vendor ledger entries, which may disrupt document management processes and audit or compliance workflows that rely on archived records.

importing a ZUGFeRD-file does not upload the PDF (only XML and EML)

Description: When importing ZUGFeRD emails via Document Capture with PDF-importation configured in the Document Capture Connector, the EML and XML files are registered and uploaded to Document Central, but the associated leading PDF is not imported by the Connector app.

Impact: Users relying on automatic ZUGFeRD PDF import into Document Central must register or upload the PDF manually, leading to incomplete document sets, additional manual effort, and potential gaps in document processing or compliance workflows.

Document Central – Changes in input fields (e.g. External Document No.) are not immediately reflected in DropZone

Fix Planned

Description: When a user edits a field (for example, “External Document No.”) in an open document such as a Sales Order or Sales Invoice and then drops a new document into the DropZone, the DropZone does not use the most recently updated field values. Instead, it applies outdated metadata to the dropped file.

Impact: Files added via the DropZone may be associated with incorrect or outdated document metadata, which can lead to inconsistencies in document records and potential confusion during document retrieval or auditing.
