Retention Crawler stops processing when a document reference is invalid or too long
Description: When applying retention labels retrospectively, the Retention Crawler fails to create a Retention Queue entry for documents whose document reference value is invalid or exceeds the allowed length. The crawler stops processing at the first such document instead of logging and skipping it, preventing subsequent documents from being added to the Retention Queue and labelled.
Impact: Retention labels are not applied to all existing documents as expected. Any document with an invalid or overly long reference blocks further Retention Crawler processing, resulting in incomplete retention coverage and requiring manual intervention to identify and handle affected documents.
