Enhanced Status Display in Table View
Upcoming Feature: Enhanced Order Status Visualization
This new feature will enhance the user experience by providing a more accessible and intuitive way to view order status directly from the table overview. The status will be displayed as an eye icon in the table view of Business Portals. Clicking on this icon will trigger an off-canvas display of the status, providing immediate access to this information. This feature aims to streamline the process of checking order status, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
Azure App Service Status and Settings Update
Upcoming Feature: Enhanced Azure Integration for Business Portals. This new feature will ensure real-time updates of the status and settings of Azure App Services within the Business Portals display. The portal list will accurately reflect any changes made directly in Azure, including modifications to the machine scale or upgrades to a better machine. This will provide Business Portal Administrators with an up-to-date view of the current configuration and pricing tier of the AppService, enhancing overall management and decision-making processes.
Enhanced Delete Confirmation and Azure Resource Group Import
The upcoming feature will enhance the safety and control of Business Portal resources by modifying the delete function and adding a new feature to re-link existing Azure resources. The delete function will now prompt for confirmation, asking whether to delete only the Business Central data or also the associated Azure resources. If Azure resources are selected for deletion, a warning message will be displayed emphasizing the irreversibility of the action. The user will be required to enter the name of the resource group for validation before the deletion proceeds. Furthermore, the new feature will allow an existing Azure DPS resource group to be added into Business Central, providing a solution for instances where data in Business Central has been deleted and Azure needs to be re-linked.
Add "Download All" Feature for Files out of Document Central
Upcoming Feature: We are introducing a new "Download All" feature in our Business Portals product. This enhancement will allow users to download all files from the Download area in a single step, replacing the need to download each file individually. The files will be conveniently packaged into a ZIP file and organized into subfolders based on their respective records. This feature is designed to improve user experience and efficiency, and will be compatible across various browsers and devices.
