Corporate Application for Document Central Link

The corporate application Document Central Link by Simova GmbH is automatically created in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant of the company during the first setup or login process of Document Central Link in Outlook.

The underlying app registration is located in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant of Simova and is centrally provided and managed there. Therefore, only the associated corporate application is created in the company's own tenant.

Upon first login or setup, Document Central Link requests the necessary permissions. After approval by an authorized administrator, the corporate application is automatically created in the own tenant and can subsequently be managed in the Azure portal under Enterprise Applications.

The corporate application contains the permissions and consents granted for the tenant:

Attention

Removing or disabling individual permissions may cause certain functions of Document Central Link to no longer work correctly or to fail completely.

Since individual functions depend on different permissions, we strongly recommend not to remove any of the provided permissions. Otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed that Document Central Link will function without restrictions in future updates or when using additional features.
