Flow Path can be implemented and activated very quickly. This allows a quick return on investment to be generated. Flow Path offers a high level of customisation via configuration. Many areas can be customised and processes can be controlled with a setup. But the aim of Simova products is that the start-up is very easy and fast. It is similar with the Flow Path Factbox. The factbox is implemmented directly in your Business Central process on the right side and is this available to the user without any big extra tours.
The following steps need to be performed to get started quickly with Flow Path.

It is possible to integrate the Flow Path factbox on other individual pages.
Structure
The Flow Path Factbox is designed to be very simple and clear. The focus is on the user usability. You will find five categories:
- Open Entries
- Finished Entries
- Critical Entries
- Information exists
- Currently absent
This categories shows the user if Flow Path entries exist for this record and which entries created.
In addition, a New entry or New absence can be created using the drilldown function.
Functionalities
The user can access three functions.
- View existing entries: The user can see all created entries here (Open entries, Completed entries, Open critical entries and Created information).
- Create new entry: Using the drilldown function, the user can create new entries (questions, information and tasks).
- Personal Absence: The user can enter his personal absence here to inform his colleagues about it and to define his substitute.
