Word Templates for Email Dialog Dispatches

The Word template functionality can be used to efficiently send emails with the same or simular content. This documentation explains how to use the Word template functionality.

Create the Word template

  1. Navigate to Word templates.
  2. Choose on the header New .
  3. Click on Create a template and follow the guided setup.

Using the Word template in the EDS Email Dialog dispatch

After the correctly setup, the user from then on can take advantage of it and use it in email messages within the EDS Email Dialog.

  1. Open your email dialog dispatch.
  2. Select the three dots on the header.
  3. Choose Use Word Template under Actions.
  4. Select the desired Word template.
  5. The content of the Word template is now inserted into the email message.

ℹ Only one template can be used at a time. Choosing another one will result in the replacement of the previous template.
