XSD - Delete a data value in a node

Deleting a data value through the lookup in the value field of XSD Schema did not remove the value in the field. It is now fixed, and the value in the field will be deleted immidiately as soon as the data value is deleted from the lookup.

An empty translation was displayed in Weblate. This has now been fixed by locking the empty value in AL code.

Licenses are now updated automatically in a certain period of time so that the license is always up to date. Also in the permission set for the user, the indirect modify permission "SIM_CORE Pdoduct" has now been added.
