We have resolved a bug where multiple DMS attachments with the same name were not being included in the EDS Sending when a Dispatch Profile was sent out. Now, all DMS attachments, regardless of identical names, will be correctly included.

DMS to EDS - Automatic Addition of Permission Sets
This new feature includes the automatic setting of permission sets during activating a EDSDMS user. As soon as a user is activated for EDSDMS, the permission sets 'SIM_EDSDMS USER' and 'SIM_CORE USER' are automatically added to the BC User.

A toggle switch was added to enable/disable the creation of an entry in the archive queue for "report" type attachments, in the EDS dispatch profile options, which would have been automatically printed before.

EDS - XSD Product License in EDS window
The Ribbon bar in the EDS setup has been divided into 3 groups. The license group where the license pages can be opened, the test mode group with the two actions "Import Watermark for Test mode" and "Import Stationary for Testmode". The last group named email contains the action "Email Account Setup".

The order of attachments in the document selection was changed when using the sorting criteria now all documents shown in the document selection will be shown in the order based on the sorting criteria.

A Functionality was implemented making it possible to define the Order of the DMS Documents when they are merged via an Attachment Group
before the implementetation the order of the DMS Document whould be random based on the order in which the DMS Documents where found to make the merged pdf more redeable it is possible to define a sorting criteria for example when 4 DMS Documents where found 2 based on the Entry 1000 and 2 on the Entry 1010 then it is possible define a sorting criteria so that the dms documents that are define on the same entry are merged together.

Licenses are now updated automatically in a certain period of time so that the license is always up to date.

EDS - Sending with user permissions not possible
This release note addresses a bug that was preventing users with EDS,CORE,XSD and DMS to EDS permissions from sending via EDS. With this fix, users with the necessary permissions should now be able to send via EDS as intended.

DMS to EDS - EDS sending error when not licensed
Previously, when multiple DMS attachments were sent via an EDS Dispatch Profile without a valid DMS to EDS license, the EDS queue line did not display an appropriate error message. Now, the system will clearly indicate that the DMS attachments could not be sent due to the absence of the necessary license. This fix improves system transparency and aids in error identification.
