Forwarding Entry

If the Recipient of the DVS Entry wants to forward the respective entry, it is possible to do so. The entry will be assigned to another user or group upon forwarding.

Requirements

  1. The user who wants to forward the entry, must be a recipient in the respective entry.
  2. The entry status must be in created, if the status is no longer created, forwarding is no longer possible.

Steps

  1. Navigate via the role center
  2. Choose one of the entries (Question, Information, or Task)
  3. Choose the entry that wants to be forwarded.
  4. Click the Forward action in the action bar.
  5. Choose the new Group or User to be assigned with this entry.
  6. Confirm the choice.
  7. The new Group or User will be notified that an entry is forwarded to them, and that entry will Recipient will change to the chosen Group or User.
