Definition
With DVS by Simova the user has the possibility to create three different types of entries - Create new entry. To save users a lot of time when creating DVS entries, there is a possibility to select entries from a defined catalog to not need to write the entry manually.
Creation
To create the new catalog for one of the categories:
- Questions
- Information
- Tasks
it is necessary to navigate to the DVS catalog page. On this page a catalog code, a catalog description and in the line area the entry must be defined. In addition, there is the possibility to mark the different entries in the line area as critical.
Info
- For the category Questions the Answer type must be selected.
- For the category Tasks can have additional Subtasks with individual recipients.
