Tasks
DVS by Simova allows users to create tasks through a standardized and uniform way.
Definition
After navigating to the next page via the DVS Factbox, the user is now shown the three categories (Questions, Information and Tasks) with their respective subcategories:
All subcategories have a similar structure. The creator must define a task package or select it from a catalog/template, select the respective recipient(s)/group(s), mark the entry as critical and, if necessary, enter a due date.

There is a special feature in the Tasks category. Here, a main task is created with a task leader who monitors it. After that, subtasks can be assigned to the respective users.
