Module Setup
Definition
The functions and processes of DVS by Simova can be switched on and off manually. The module is disabled with the general setup via the configuration wizard.
In the module settings the product can be activated. In addition, the block functions for critical entries can be set here. To be able to create DVS entries from a catalog or template more than once, the Create Entry again function can be activated in the module setup.
Furthermore, the formula for calculating the due date can be entered here.
Due Date Formula
If a DVS entry has a due date, then the Due date formula can be used to set how many days before the start of the due date the entry is set to the status Due soon.

Archiving Date Formula
The Archiving Date Formula function can be set manually for the period you want. There you can set which entries you want to see and which should be archived.
