Role Center

The starting point for every user. In the role center, DVS by Simova can be easily integrated to have a direct overview. In addition, the DVS user can navigate to his DVS entries.

Overview

Depending on the selected role, DVS can be integrated in every role center of Business Central. By default, a distinction is made between the DVS Administrator and the DVS User. In both roles the three categories are:

  1. Questions
  2. Information
  3. Tasks

Subcategories

For each of the three categories there are six subcategories. The subcategories specify the user once the status and the respective number of DVS entries.

The following subcategories exist:

  • Created
  • Open
  • Finished
  • Due soon
  • Overdue
  • Critical
  • Archived
