History Factbox

DVS by Simova gives the users the possibility to make a real-time status tracking. To do this, the user will find the DVS History factbox on the right side of the editing page of the DVS entries. In this factbox, the status is tracked from the creation to the completion of the entry.

The following steps need to be performed to use the DVS History factbox.

1. Step - A DVS entry must be created for a Business Central process Create Entry
2. Navigate to the DVS entry via the Business Central role center or via the Info Factbox Info factbox

Info

The DVS History factbox is implemented only on the editing page of the DVS entries.

Structure

The DVS History factbox is designed to be very simple and clear. The focus is on the user usability. You will find five categories:

  1. Status
  2. Full Name
  3. Date
  4. Time
  5. Creator
  6. Comment

This information shows the user the current status of the selected DMS entry.

Info

It is also possible to open the comments for the selected DMS entries, if any have been created.
