Module activation

The functions and processes of Bau13b by Simova can be switched on and off manually. The module is disabled with the standard setup via the configuration wizard.

Activation of the module

The following steps need to be completed to activate the Bau13b by Simova module.

  1. We start in the Administrator role.
  2. Navigate to a vendor where Bau13b by Simova should be used.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Click on General.
  5. Enter the Company Login Name.
  6. Enter the XML-RPC-Key.
  7. Click on Federal States.
  8. Click on Create Default Federal State to create all Tax number formats with the special keys and confirm with OK.
  9. Click on Business Mapping.
  10. Click on Create Default Business Mapping to create the definition under which the vendors tax number will be found during validation and confirm with OK.
  11. Click on Document Mapping.
  12. Click on Create default Document Mapping to define from which types of document we build the conection to the vendor and confirm with OK.
  13. The Bau13b by Simova module is now activated.

Warning

It is important that Bau13b by Simova is only activated when a valid license (also trial) and setup exists.
