How to create a Business mapping record

You can create a business mapping record on the vendor card via the Bau13b by Simova factbox. The following steps need to be completed to create a new business mapping record:

  1. Use the search bar to open the Vendor card.
  2. Navigate to the Bau13b by Simova factbox.
  3. Click on Set up or on red No.
  4. The Business mapping record opens.
  5. The fields No. and Name entered automatically in the register General.
  6. Select the Federal state for the vendor.
  7. Depending on the federal state, the corresponding Tax number format is recorded.
  8. The field Tax number entered from the default tax number field on the vendor card.
  9. It is important that the tax number on the vendor card is in correct format for the federal state.
  10. Select All for the field Set Certificate of exemption.
  11. Click on the 0.
  12. Click on +Add.
  13. Entered the Secret number of the certificate of exemption.
  14. The certificate of exemption is automatically validated.
  15. Confirm with OK.
