Absence

The absence can be defined and activated in the User setup via the Module setup and in the DVS factbox.

Absence user setups

In order to create the absence for a user, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Select User
  2. Check the Absence column
  3. Navigate to Absence via the Manage action
  4. Enter the absence period
  5. Select the representative
  6. Save and close

Absence DVS factbox

For the general creation of the absence for a user, there is also the possibility to create the absence via the DVS factbox. The following steps must be taken:

  1. Navigate to a process with the DVS factbox
  2. Navigate via the drill down function to Absence
  3. Enter the absence period
  4. Select the representative
  5. Save and close

Warning

This way only the user can enter his absence. No absence can be entered for other users.
