Tray App Settings for Microsoft Teams

CTI by Simova now makes it possible to integrate Microsoft Teams into your existing infrastructure very quickly and easily.

How to set up Microsoft Teams for the Tray App

The following steps need to be completed to setting up Microsoft Teams for the CTI Tray App.

  1. Start the CTI Tray App.
  2. Open the settings.
  3. Navigate to General.
  4. Change the interface setting to Microsoft Teams.
  5. Click on the Microsoft Teams icon to enter into the Microsoft Teams settings.
  6. Enter the needed connection data for Microsoft Teams if it is not already entered.
  7. Choose if calls should be excluded.

Info

The connection data is automatically entered into the Tray app when you work through the checklist in CTI by Simova in Business Central or use the Smart Connect Wizard.
