CTI - Double Documentation in Guided Experience
We have fixed a bug related to the CTI Guided Experience. Previously, the step documentation was being displayed twice. With this update, the step documentation will only be shown once as intended.

CTI - Create a Business Mapping Setup
We've introduced an enhancement for our Partners, allowing the use of information from various tables, not just the standard BC contact, customer, or vendor table. This update enables the display of information not present on the standard BC tables. Furthermore, it offers the capability to create unique mappings based on each table, providing more flexibility and control.

Cues had been added to the user role centre, to have the possiblity to directly move to the "personalized" user page, where only your current user is shown and another one cue to move to the call history.

User Setup and User Card Assignment merged
The CTI User table and the CTI User Call Assignment table have been merged. This simplifies the configuration difficulty significantly.

Add "Activate Users" button
A new action named "Activate Users" is added to the CTI user setup page. This action will open the product users page and is only visible if the current CTI User is a administrator. This action replaces the "New" action because users should only be added by activating them as a CTI license user.

The Simova EULA link has been added to all product cards.
Bug Fix
Caller Cards Icons not Visible
There was a problem that sporadically the icons in the JavaScript addins were not loaded. Now the icons have been replaced by BootStrap icons and these are downloaded via cdn links.

CTI - Internal Caller Card not opening
There was a problem that the internal caller card did not open when you received an internal call. This has now been fixed and the internal caller card now opens.

Document Inbound - Multiple app icons in database
If Document Inbound by Simova and DMS by Simova were installed simultaniously, the icons of each product were dropped multiple times in the database. This is now fixed and the icons are just stored once.
