Link to CTI Tray in GE not working
Description: In this release, a fix has been implemented for an issue where an error was shown when attempting to download the Phone Connect Tray Application via the Guided Experience Checklist on the Phone Connect Administrator Rolecenter. Impact: With this fix, users will now be able to successfully download the latest Phone Connect Tray Application Setup file without encountering any errors. Exclude Internal Call Does not work

Comment will not be transfered to Interaction Log Wizard

Extended Actions on Caller Cards
The release note includes extended Caller Card actions on the contact caller card (Sales) that fit to the respective area of the attached found master data (Customers/Vendors). Admin status is not company specific
This release resolved an issue where licensing a Phone Connect user with User permission sets and setting up Phone Connect and CORE admin permission sets for a different company resulted in the user being incorrectly designated as a Phone Connect admin in the company where the user was only licensed with User permissions sets. After the fix, the user should no longer be designated as a Phone Connect admin in the wrong company when following the specified steps.

Recall request action on caller cards

The Internal Caller Card used to always open.
