CTI - Caller Card
CTI by Simova give there customers the possibilty to create special individual contact cards for the different caller option (e.g. Incoming and outgoing calls).
Definition
The caller cards integrated in Business Central provide you with an overview of the business information directly from and in your system. A caller card opens automatically for incoming or outgoing calls and shows call information as well as all relevant information about the caller. In addition, calls can be started, hung up or put on hold from the caller card, i.e. in Business Central.

Individualisation
In addition, the administrator has the possibility to create special caller cards. Via the CTI User Setup Page the administrator is able to create caller cards for each individual user.
