Definition
With DVS by Simova the user has the possibility to create three different types of entries - Create new entry. To save users a lot of time when creating DVS entries, there is a possibility to select entries from a defined template to not need to write the entries manually.
Creation
To create the new template for one of the categories:
- Questions
- Information
- Tasks
it is necessary to navigate to the DVS template page. On this page a template code, a template description and in the line area the entries must be selected from the pre-created catalogs. In addition, the creator of the template must select the recipient type and the recipient for each selected catalog entry.
