Email Setup

The DVS administrator has the possibility to set up the email notification for each user individually. He has two options:

  1. Standard email notification when an entry has been created and
  2. Standard email notification again, when the creator wants to inform the recipient again that there are still open entries to be edited.

To activate each email notification, the following steps must be taken.

First step is to install the DVS by Simova extension from marketplace. Install from Extension Marketplace
Second step is to activate the license and assign the license to the users. License activation and assignment
Third step is to activate the users. User activation

The email notifications are deactivated by default after the first three steps.

Enable email notification

The default email notification can be entered in the Module setup. In the User setup lines the administrator has the possibility to set a check mark in the column Enable email notification for the selected user to enable the function.

Enable notify again

The general email notification again can be entered in the Module setup. In the User setup lines the administrator has the possibility to set a check mark in the column Enable notify again for the selected user to enable the function.
