Bug Fix

DVS - Wrong subject in email notification

This release note addresses a bug in the DVS system. Previously, for the "DVS - Email templates", the email subject after sending was always the same, even if an entry existed, which should have resulted in another subject. With this fix, the needed subject is taken for the email, which will now be correctly send and displayed.

Just like on "Emails", the bug occurred, for the Entries of the type "Information" too and has been fixed.

DVS - User absence not possible with a DVS template

We have fixed a bug related to the DMS question template. Previously, when creating a new DMS entry with a question template linked to a user with an active absence, a absence message was not displayed as expected. With this update, the default absence message is now displayed correctly next to the representative being set as the answerer.

DVS - Question template should not be editable

We've fixed a bug that previously allowed users to edit the text of the DVS question template when creating a new DVS entry. Now, the text of the DVS question template will not editable to prevent any modifications.

DVS - Power Automate workflows do not support boolean fields

We have fixed a bug related to DVS questions requiring a Yes or No answer in Microsoft Teams. Users can now correctly respond to boolean DVS questions directly within the Power Automate Workflow "[DVS] When a question is created" Flow Card in Teams.

DVS - Power Automate integration does not update DVS history

We have fixed a bug in the Microsoft Teams Power Automate integration. Previously, when answering a DVS question, the DVS history for the entry was not updated correctly, and accepting the answer resulted in an error. This issue has now been resolved.

An empty translation was displayed in Weblate. This has now been fixed by locking the empty value in AL code.

"Task created" email

Creating a task with free text does not send an email to the recepient, even though the notify settings is turned on in the DVS - User Setup. It is now fixed and DVS will send an email notification to the recepient, if the recepient have the notify email settings in DVS - User Setup turned on.

CORE - Reload Core User Page deactivates all Users

We've fixed a bug where users were being incorrectly deactivated when navigating to and reloading the Core Users page from the DMS and DVS User page. Now, enabled users will stay active as intended.

Document Inbound - Multiple app icons in database

If Document Inbound by Simova and DMS by Simova were installed simultaniously, the icons of each product were dropped multiple times in the database. This is now fixed and the icons are just stored once.

Licenses are now updated automatically in a certain period of time so that the license is always up to date. Also in the permission set for the user, the indirect modify permission "SIM_CORE Pdoduct" has now been added.

**Inherit Maintask receipient to Subtasks **

When a DMS user creates a task with a subtask, DMS inherits the recipient of a main task to all subtasks. The receiver of the subtasks can be adjusted afterwards.

**Session reload after activation of an license **

When a user is not licensed for a Simova product and the Simova product Role Center was assigned, the user had to manually refresh the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central session after an activation/assignment of a license if they wanted to use the product's Role Center. This session refresh now happens automatically when the user activate/assign a license and exits the licensing page.

When trying to answer a question where the original record no longer exists, an error message was displayed. This error message no longer appears and it is now possible to answer these questions again.

HTML Editor is not working properly

There was an issue related to the HTML Editor in the DVS Email Template page to not save the entered data correctly which caused a false behavior showing the template. This is now fixed.

Email Templates can't be cleared

There was an issue in the HTML editor, that is used for editing email templates, that prevented the user from clearing the text area, due to the fact that it added additional line breaks and formatting to the text area. this issue is now fixed.

Error in Email Templates after Import

If you changed the template in the HTML editor of the DMS e-mail templates, an error occurred, where a message was displayed, which was then displayed again and again, so that it was not possible to leave the page.

Error message when using user group for tasks

When trying to change the status of a task from "Created" to "In progress" an error appeared.

It is now possible to change the status without an error occurring.

Function "Block Duplicate Entry Creation"

The "Block duplicate entry creation" feature did not work for templates, if an entry contained in the template was already created, an error message was displayed. This has now been fixed and a dialog is displayed asking the user if the entry that already exists should be created.

If an information is available, it will now always be displayed in the FactBox, even if it is noted.
