Centralized Document Return to DMS by Simova

The goal of Document Inbound by Simova is to control all external document input to the DMS via the inbound list(s). Here, different assignment and manual checking functions can be controlled by employees and there is the possibility of a general logging of all incoming documents.

Document return via Barcode and Filename

Documents can be returned using barcode labels, directly printed barcodes or QR codes via incoming lists. A return is also possible with metadata in the file name. The return can take place automatically or by visual inspection in the incoming list. Barcodes generated from Business Central are acknowledged when they are returned.
