Uploading a document

To Upload a Document to Document Central via Document Central Link, you need to have Document Central Link configured and licensed first. To upload a document follow these steps:

  1. Select an e-Mail from an sender that can be found via Document Link.
  2. Select the record that you want to uplaod to, you can check the record via the action Open in Business Central.
  3. Select the Files you want to uplaod and also the contenttype that the Document should have.
  4. Click on Upload
  5. You can check the status of the upload at the top of the screen in an pop-up message. The Message will also inform you when the upload hs been completed.
