This enhancement extends the Document Central for Dispatch connector to fully support archiving B2Brouter invoices generated from JSON data. When Document Dispatch sends invoice data as JSON and B2Brouter generates the final e-invoice, that invoice is now automatically retrieved and stored in Document Central. This ensures a complete, auditable archive of all invoices—regardless of where the document itself is created—improving compliance, traceability, and operational reliability.
How it works
- 📤 JSON-based invoice creation via B2Brouter
Document Dispatch sends the invoice payload as JSON to B2Brouter, which generates and delivers the final e-invoice document to the recipient. - 🔄 Automated retrieval of the final invoice
After B2Brouter confirms successful invoice creation, the Document Central for Dispatch connector automatically calls B2Brouter to retrieve the generated invoice document (e.g., PDF or supported e-invoice format). - 🗄️ Seamless archiving in Document Central
The retrieved invoice is transferred to Document Central, where it is archived together with the relevant document metadata (such as invoice identifiers, timestamps, and dispatch information), ensuring consistent indexing and searchability. - 🧩 Connector-driven process control
