Reliable ECSPAND previews with file-extension removal

Description:
An issue has been fixed where ECSPAND documents could not be displayed in the preview when the Remove File Extension option was configured. Documents are now displayed correctly in the preview when this configuration is enabled.

Impact:
Users were unable to preview affected ECSPAND documents when the Remove File Extension configuration was active. This could prevent users from viewing document content directly in Document Central and require them to open or download the document separately.
