Bau13b Extension – Persistent “Record changed” error when repeatedly opening Freistellungsbescheinigung FactBox on Vendor

Description: Resolved an issue in the Vendor Card (Kreditor) where repeatedly opening and closing the Bau13b FactBox containing the Certificate of Exemption would result in a persistent "record changed" error. This fix ensures that the FactBox can be opened and closed reliably without encountering concurrency errors, even in a single-user sequential scenario.

Impact: Users will now experience a more stable and reliable interaction with the Bau13b FactBox, eliminating the disruptive error dialogs and improving the overall user experience. This change is crucial for the smooth activation and testing of the app for customers using Business Central 26, supporting their rollout schedules and minimizing downtime.
