This enhancement is designed to streamline the transition of your document management system, ensuring that all historical data from Document Capture is seamlessly migrated to Document Central. This migration not only preserves your valuable data but also optimizes your document management process by consolidating all your documents into a single, more efficient platform.
How it works
- 📄 Document Capture Attachment Migration Wizard: A new tool that facilitates the migration of files from Document Capture to Document Central.
- 🔄 Migration Options: Choose the types of files to migrate, such as PDF, EML, XML, images (PNG/JPG), and other attachments.
- 🔍 Source Filtering: Filter the documents to be migrated based on document range, type, vendor, and posting status.
- 🗑️ Post-Transfer Behavior: Decide whether to delete the file from Document Capture after a successful transfer, keep it, or perform a cleanup to remove orphaned or duplicated BLOBs.

We have addressed a bug that was causing newly registered Document Capture documents to not appear in the Document Inbound List. This issue occurred due to the documents being uploaded to an outdated Document Inbound Table. The issue has now been resolved and registered documents should now correctly appear in the Inbound List.

DMS to DC - registration in document capture shows error even when DMS module is disabled
There was a problem that an error was displayed during document capture registration if the dms module was switched off, even though it was not set up correctly.This has now been fixed by no longer displaying an error if you deactivate the DMS module and you have an incorrect configuration.
