New Feature - 14354

Duplicate Attachment Detection in Document Dispatch

We’re excited to introduce Duplicate Detection for Attachments in Document Dispatch—a new feature designed to keep your outgoing communications clean and professional. How it works
Duplicate Detection leverages smart hash comparisons to streamline your dispatch process:

⚙️ Hash-Based Checking – Compares attachment hash values to detect duplicates instantly.

📥 Seamless Integration – Works directly with attachments sourced from Document Central.

🛑 Prevents Double Sending – Stops identical documents from being included multiple times in one dispatch.

Easy Activation – Simply turn it on in the attachment options to start protecting your communication.

Your Benefits
Reduce manual effort with automatic duplicate detection and avoid the embarrassment of sending the same document twice. Enjoy cleaner, more professional outbound communication while boosting overall efficiency in document handling.

Ready to simplify your dispatch workflow? Let’s eliminate those duplicates. 🛡️
