Errors not Displaying in 2nd Synchronization Sessions
Description:
An issue has been fixed where, when an automatic Document Entry synchronization was performed and a second session was started after more than five hours, any error occurring in that second session was not caught. As a result, the synchronization entry remained stuck in the “In Process” status. The synchronization handling now properly captures and updates errors that occur in subsequent sessions.
Impact:
Users previously saw an incorrect synchronization status, which could cause confusion and obscure actual synchronization errors.
